Architectural Triumph

October’s Picture of the Month is a spectacular interior shot by our Director of Photography, Jonathan Stewart. Created by architect David du Roi Aberdeen in 1958, the Congress House in Holborn is an architectural triumph. The building plays host to this beautiful pietá-style statue carved by Jacob Epstein, intended to commemorate those trade unions lost during both the First and Second World Wars. Jonathan’s image of the poignant statue was captured whilst on shoot for our client, The Musicians Union.

This month has seen Red Photographic involved in an array of exciting and varied commissions. A particular highlight, was capturing Her Majesty the Queen at a recent event for the Royal Academy of Arts. You can spot more shots from this very royal occasion over on our Instagram page!

We also had the exciting opportunity to showcase what we do at this year’s Independent Hotel Show at Olympia, London. It was fantastic to meet with so many hoteliers and industry professionals and be able to inspire with our imagery and film.
