Let’s All Go to Cannes Lions 2024!

There’s a huge buzz around Wonderhatch this week. We’re just less than a fortnight away from Cannes and we’re delighted to be involved in this incredible Festival of Creativity.

Partnering with WACL and Propeller Group

We’re absolutely thrilled to be teaming up with WACL and Propeller Group, as their content partner, to help spread the gospel about their Empower Café which will undoubtedly be the place to hang during the 5-day long Festival.

Empower Café will be an inclusive and safe hub for women, welcoming all genders and dedicated to fostering meaningful connections, sharing expertise, and building a supportive network of marketing professionals. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better partnership. 

At Wonderhatch, we’re all about championing diversity and inclusion. We’re passionate about making sure underrepresented voices get heard. We’ve seen firsthand that an inclusive culture not only makes us a better agency, but also leads to stronger creative ideas and better results for our clients.

Bringing Inclusion to Life

We also know that there are few better experiences for creative growth and learning than Cannes Lions. So to bring all of this to life, we felt it only right to be taking our ENTIRE team!

Crucially, the progressive values championed at Cannes Lions align with our own. The festival’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and the celebration of unlimited creative possibilities resonates with our own mission. No conversations will be had at Wonderhatch HQ about ‘who’s made the cut’ as we’re not big on hierarchy, believing instead that we are best served by offering the same opportunities for learning to everyone. 

So rather than make everyone wait for the ‘what I learned in Cannes’ presentation, we believe there’s huge value and opportunity in every Wonderhatcher experiencing the week from their own point of view; absorbing as much as they can, whilst meeting great people and having fun along the way of course! The creative world is an amazing community – we want the whole team to dive right in and feel a real part of it. 

Undoubtedly, we’ll all return with invigorated enthusiasm and fresh perspectives (and possibly a bit of a tan!), to channel into our projects and client interactions. Being there together will also be great for our culture and work ethic, which is where the magic really happens.  

Whilst some of us are absorbing all the creative excellence, others will be hanging out at the Empower Café all week, so do be sure to swing by the Wonderhatch table and say hi.
