He’s spent the past 10 years exploring the world whilst working in film and advertising. Immersing himself into different cultures fuels his unique creative perspective and defines his huge work ethic; as such he diligently guides our team of industry leading filmmakers.

When he’s not in Africa, The Alps or Burgundy fulfilling briefs for a host of our luxury clients from Bacardi to the Mandarin Oriental to the ATP, you’ll find him working on bringing back the iconic B.R.M name to motorsport.

Never afraid to push the envelope, Will is the team glue. He believes passionately in social economics, that business needs to answer to its team, customers, suppliers and the planet – as well as shareholders.

Joining us from the BBC where he was on the team Producing and Art Directing their most prolific global brands including Strictly, Doctor Who and Drag Race; all projects of all sizes are welcomed by this creative powerhouse.

Joe doesn’t shy away from taking command of film projects. On set or in the editing suite his incredible passion brings them to life.

Previously, Joe racked up heaps of experience in post-production houses in London’s Soho, editing many notable films and commercials. At home on his houseboat, he’s happiest with blank canvas and paintbrush in hand.
