COMO Metropolitan London has invited COMO Castello Del Nero to bring the flavours of Tuscany to London’s Park Lane until Saturday, 26th of February.
Castello Del Nero is COMO’s first Italian retreat which holds host to La Taverna, the estates restaurant. For a true taste of Tuscany, executive Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro has created a beautiful menu showing off the restaurants signature dishes as well as his masterful techniques.
London guests will be able to enjoy a range of delicious dishes from home-made pasta to antipasti, pizzas, Florentine-style steak paired with hand selected wines. Throughout the menu only the freshest, locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients will be used which is a part of COMO’s personal philosophy.
As well as the incredible dinner service, there is also a pasta making masterclass where guests will be able to enjoy desserts, coffee, antipasti and Chef selected wine. Participants of the class will be able to learn from scratch the secrets of making a perfect pasta dish. How-to-make other Italian favourites like Tiramisu will be taught too.
This class will be hosted by Chef Giovanni himself on the 26th of February and it is highly recommended to book a space early for the pasta making masterclass as places are limited.
