Parc du Cap is a development of 78 luxury apartments and penthouses on Cap d’Antibes, sitting within elegant landscaped garden, complete with tennis court, private spa and 24-hour concierge.
Les Oliviers is a luxury development consisting of six apartments and is moments from Parc du Cap. The complex has a more traditional feel with outdoor heated pool and beautiful Provençal style gardens.
Both developments are situated just moments from the Mediterranean Sea, and very close the iconic cities of Nice, Cannes and Monaco.
Wonderhatch were commissioned to produce film and photography content to promote both developments targeting the people of the UK, Scandinavia, France and Russia. Following pain-staking planning, model casting, prop sourcing, and crew building by our steadfast producers, over the course of a week a dedicated film crew and photography crew, along with models, stylists and the works descended on Cap d’Antibes to capture a beautiful collection of moving image and stills.
The key requirement was to produce a set of four films to help promote these existing properties as a sanctuary within Cap d’Antibes and celebrating Cap d’Antibes, showcasing its beautiful coastline, clear waters and the historic towns of Juan-Les-Pins and Antibes.
Using a combination of on the ground camera along with aerial drone work, we captured those intimate moments of life in the development, and the surrounding beauty of Cap d’Antibes to produce four films.
The narrative for the main film is themed on a day in the life at Parc du Cap from first thing in the morning to the last thing at night. This is done in a subtle way, implied rather than spelled out with a relaxed yet stylish feel, aiming to capture those unforgettable moments between couples and families throughout their day in and outside of the apartments.
The requirement was to produce a collection of beautiful images to help sell these existing properties. The purpose of the imagery is promoting the lifestyle of living on Cap d’Antibes and all that goes with life at Parc du Cap and Les Oliviers. A place to relax and enjoy life, the feeling of the photography is candid but sophisticated to evoke the lifestyle of the area.
The result is a mix of shots captured across various styled living spaces within Pac Du Cap and one styled apartment, the complex and gardens of Les Oliviers, and celebrating the surrounding area of Cap d’Antibes . Showcasing its beautiful coastline, clear waters and the historic towns of Juan-Les-Pins and Antibes.
The final produced images are for use across print and digital marketing collateral, including brochures, website and social platforms.
